Having spent the past 16 years managing large-scale environments at Teradata, Kham brings a wealth of knowledge to the support team at Natrinsic. As the leader of the Teradata support team, Kham provides training, and mentorship as well as monitoring ticket flow and escalation. Kham ensures that our customer-focused approach exceeds all expectations.

Rama is a detail-oriented senior Teradata systems engineer with nearly a decade of customer support experience. He has experience in supporting all facets of the Teradata system, including Linux OS, storage, compute, and networking. In particular, Rama brings vast experience in troubleshooting Teradata systems that leverage Dothill or NetApp storage, Mellanox switches, Dell and Intel compute technology.

Vijay is a Senior system engineer who has spent most of his career in managing and providing DBA support for large-scale databases. He has extensive experience in working with Telecom, Retail, Logistics and E-Commerce domains and providing support for migrating on-premise databases to the cloud.

Vijay is responsible for providing DBA support for Teradata customers at Natrinsic.

Krunais a RHCSA Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) and is working towards his He has begun to focus on cloud technologies, particularly AWS, and is progressing toward achieving the Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) certification.

Krunal has a strong background in customer support, consistently ensuring that customers are satisfied and their problems are resolved.
